Roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, fresh broccoli and watermelon. (Roasted zucchini, stuffed with wild rice, yellow squash, eggplant and cherry tomatoes)

Monday, June 15th

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and biscuits. (Veggie sausage)

Lunch

Philly style subs, beef and chicken with onion rings. Chocolate cookies. (Sauteed veggies)

Dinner

Pennie pasta, homemade marinara, meatballs, orange dill carrots and garlic bread sticks. (Veggie meatballs)
Dessert: brownie cheesecake.

Tuesday, June 16th

Breakfast

French toast sticks with pork sausage links and cinnamon rolls. (Veggie sausage)

Lunch

Tacos, chicken and beef, Spanish rice, black beans, salsa, Churros.

Dinner

Roasted boneless chicken thighs, steamed green beans, Rolls. (Veggie chicken strips)
Dessert: Chocolate cake.

Wednesday, June 17th

Breakfast

Frittatas, sausage and bacon or vegetarian and bagels.

Lunch

Grilled hot dogs and hamburgers and tots. Chocolate chip cookies. (Veggie hamburgers)

Dinner

Roast Beef with scalloped potatoes and mixed veggie. rolls. (Stir fried veggies with rice noodles)
Dessert: Brookie

Thursday, June 18th

Breakfast

French toast sticks with pork sausage links and cinnamon rolls. (Veggie sausage)

Lunch

Bag lunches, sandwiches, chips and Oreo's.

Dinner

Beef lasagna, garlic bread sticks, cobbler. (Rice with curried garbanzo beans with root vegetables)

Friday, June 19th

Breakfast

Frittatas, sausage and bacon or vegetarian and bagels (Veggie sausage), Cottage Cheese will be served on the salad bar.
