Boneless chicken thighs Marinated BBQ and cooked on the grill. Grilled fresh broccoli with roasted red pepper, and roasted potatoes. Rolls, watermelon.

Monday, June 9th

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and English muffins. (veggie sausage)

Lunch

Philly style subs, beef and chicken with tatter tots. (Sauteed veggies)

Dinner

Pennie pasta, homemade marinara, meatballs. (Veggie meatballs)

Tuesday, June 10th

Breakfast

Waffles, cherry topping, sausage patties and biscuits. (Veggie Sausage)

Lunch

Tacos, chicken and beef, Spanish rice, black beans, salsa, Churros.

Dinner

Roasted Pork, mashed potatoes, gravy and carrots steamed in orange Juice and dill, Rolls.
Dessert Chocolate cake. (Veggie chicken strips)

Wednesday, June 11th

Breakfast

Frittatas, sausage and bacon or vegetarian and bagels.

Lunch

Grilled hot dogs and hamburgers and onion rings, Oreo’s. (Veggie hamburgers)

Dinner

House made meatloaf with scalloped potatoes and green beans. Rolls. (Stir fried veggies with rice noodles)
Dessert: Lemon bar.

Thursday, June 12th

Breakfast

French toast sticks with pork sausage links and cinnamon rolls. (Veggie sausage)

Lunch

Fried chicken sandwich with tatter tots, cookies. (Veggie burger)

Dinner

Beef lasagna, garlic bread sticks, cobbler. (Rice with curried garbanzo beans with root vegetables)

Friday, June 13th
